DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The Base Exchange will be closed Tuesday, January 5, to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19.

The decision to close was made out of an abundance of caution. A positive case among Exchange staff members and potential close contacts has caused a temporary shortfall of available personnel. The Exchange is planned to reopen Wednesday, January 6.

Dobbins is currently in Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo+ and strict COVID-19 mitigation measures are in practice.

Preserving the health of our base community, while sustaining crucial mission operations, is a top priority.
