How to Renew Your USID Online:
Please complete the following steps to renew your ID card:
1. The sponsor must visit ID Card Office Online (IDCO) https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/
2. Verify and opt into receiving communications through email under “My Profile” within IDCO.
3. Under the “Family ID Cards” menu within IDCO, request dependent ID card by selecting “Renew Family Member ID Card”.
4. At the “Summary” page, verify your address, email & phone number.
5. Use drop down to select reason for replacement card request and “Yes” to Ship to address.
6. Click to “Proceed”.
7. At the “Confirmation” page, click on “Submit Card Request”.
This online service is limited to current USID card holders.
