94th Public Affairs Office

    The 94
th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Office fulfills the wing commander’s mission to keep the American public and
the Air Force Reserve Command informed. The Public Affairs Office helps to establish the conditions that lead to
confidence in the Air Force Reserve and its readiness to conduct operations in peacetime, conflict and war.

Base tours are conducted the third Monday of each month, for groups of 20-40 people. To begin the process
for a base tour, please fill out our Base Tour Request Form.

Please allow 45 days from when we receive the completed form to finalize your tour.

Tours are conducted on the third Monday of each month, on a first come, first-served basis during the
months of April through October. All requests are accommodated based on the operational schedule
of the 94th Airlift Wing (typically on the third Monday of each month).

All requests must be made a minimum of one month in advance.

    Please fill out a
Speakers Request Form and provide the dates and time, the size and type of audience
and the target age group. It helps to provide background on the event and specific topics for your group.
If you're requesting a specific member with a specific job (pilot, loadmaster, navigator, maintenance, etc.)
note this in your request. Please include a point of contact with a good phone number.

All requests can e-mailed or faxed.

Requests are accommodated based on the operational schedule of the 94th Airlift Wing.
It's possible that a speaker or tour may have to cancel on short notice due to mission demands.
