FHP Bravo+: Force Heath Protection measures increased at Dobbins

1. Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo + is implemented for Dobbins Air Reserve Base, GA as of 1 Jan 2021. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has directed Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo + to combat increases in COVID-19 cases. HPCON Bravo + is in effect until further notice.

2. HPCON Bravo + measures include the following actions:

a. Continue essential missions with required manning. Commanders will determine the installation’s essential missions and required in-person manning in coordination with mission partners Personnel accountability: i. Limit building access to one entrance

ii. Temperature checks are required

iii. Sign-in sheets for contact tracing are required

iv. Screen members for COVID like symptoms; fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste

3. 94 AW January UTA in-person attendance is at the discretion of group and squadron commanders. However, members are required to report to the UTA in person if deployment readiness or medical requirements are scheduled. If all required work activities can be accomplished at home, use telework to the max extent. Please refer questions to your chain of command.

a. Sustain telework - only conduct in-person mission essential meetings that require the fewest personnel

4. Examples of health protection measures under FHP BRAVO +:

a. Maintain physical distancing of 6 feet or greater

b. Wear a face covering if physical distancing is not possible (at a minimum)

c. No handshaking

d. Clean and disinfect common use items

e. If exposed or sick, stay at home (self-isolate)

5. Follow CDC preventative guidance. With preventive actions and behaviors, your risk of illness is decreased.

a. Wash hands often

b. Avoid contact with those who are ill

c. Cover coughs and sneezes

6. Some base customer services will be limited or closed until further notice:

a. Base Exchange: Open, in-person shoppers limited to fewer than normal at the same time

b. Outdoor Recreation: Open, in-person guests limited to fewer than normal at the same time

c. Info Tickets & Travel: Open, in-person guests limited to fewer than normal at the same time

d. Gym: Open, in-person guests limited to fewer than normal at the same time

e. Lodging: Limited to mission essential guests. Closed to space available guests, including retirees

f. Consolidated Club & Landing at Lakeside: Closed

g. Installation operations will continue to be commensurate with federal, state and local guidelines

7. Commanders and supervisors, please ensure this guidance is shared with your Airmen. Preserving the health of our Airmen and their families, while sustaining crucial mission operations, is a top priority.
