Pam Younker from the Community Outreach Government and Community Affairs program, receives the award as “Best of the Best” from Col. Brett Clark, 94th Airlift Wing , commander and Chief Master Sgt. Lyndon Tubbs, 94th Airlift Wing, Command Chief during the First Annual Dobbins Recognition Ceremony held in Marietta, Ga. Feb. 7, 2015. Younker was recognized for her continuing efforts to encourage local employers support employees who are members of the Guard and Reserves.
