Col. James R. DeVere is the Commander of the 94th Operations Group, Air Force Reserve Command, Dobbins ARB, Georgia. He Commands all matters pertaining to the flying operations for 8 C-130H3 aircraft, three squadrons, and over 275 personnel. The Group conducts air, land, aeromedical evacuation, and tactical airdrop missions with the assistance of night vision goggles, adverse weather aerial delivery system, and station-keeping equipment.
