Guest speaker, retired Chief Master Sgt. Jackson A. Winsett, the 12th Command Chief Master Sgt., for the United States Air Force Reserve Command, spoke to a large audience attending the 2013 Dobbins Chief’s Recognition Ceremony held at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel, Atlanta, Ga., Sep. 7. Chief Winsett’ s long career included the Army, serving in the Republic of Vietnam, United States Air Force Reserve, performing duties in military personnel administration and management, including career advisor, first sergeant, and top enlisted advisor to the commanders at unit, group, wing and numbered Air Force levels.
