Harris assumes command of 22nd Air Force
Members of the 94th Airlift Wing Honor Guard furl the one star flag and unfurl the two star flag during promotion and assumption of command ceremonies honoring Maj. Gen. Stayce D. Harris, 22nd Air Force commander, Aug. 9, 2014 at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. Harris will oversee 15,000 Reservists and 105 unit-equipped aircraft. She will have command supervision of the Reserve's air mobility operations and other vital mission sets. Reserve aircrews within 22nd Air Force fly a variety of missions to include aerial spraying, fire suppression, hurricane hunters to troop transport utilizing the C-130 Hercules.
