President of ghana visits andrews
The President of Ghana, John A. Kufuor, is escorted by Bryan Langley, Assistant Chief of Protocol for the State Department, down the red carpet at the passenger terminal, completing his visit to the United States. President Kufour was visiting the U.S. in order to celebrate our coutries’ growing partnership, and also to talk with with President George W. Bush about how to combat malaria and neglected tropical diseases, as well as Ghana’s efforts to promote democratic values, peace, and stability in Africa.
