DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Medal of Honor recipient Col. Joe M. Jackson spoke to a group of Air Force Association members recently. Colonel Jackson earned the Medal of Honor in 1968 for a heroic rescue of a combat control team stranded at Kham Duc, South Vietnam.
