94th CivilEngineers deploy for Innovative Readiness Training
CARSON CITY, Nev. -- Senior Airman Travis Copeland is splattered with cement while helping prepare footings for a new structure at the Washoe Indian Tribe biulding site. Airman Copeland is one of 24 members of the 94th Civil Engineer Squadron from Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., who performed their annual tour at Carson City as part of the Department of Defense's Innovative Readiness Training program. Every two weeks a new CE unit rotates through this site to complete civil engineering projects for the Washoe Tribe. Similar training takes place at several sites throughout the U.S. each year.
