Members graduate from NCOLDC
Members graduated from the NCO Leadership Development Course April 30 at the Dobbins Consolidated Club. The NCOLDC is a 10-day curriculum for immersing in leadership, management and communications. An average class size of 25 enlisted personnel from Dobbins between the ranks of senior airman and technical sergeant complete the course. Phase one of the course incorporates leadership, management and military heritage. Phase two includes communication, time management and effective writing. Upon completion of the NCOLDC, two college credit hours are awarded to each student from Central Texas College. (U.S. Air Force photo/Don Peek)
