Col. Tim Tarchick, 94th Airlift Wing commander, welcomes 482nd Fighter Wing F-16C pilot, Maj. Julie Moore, upon her arrival at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Aug 4. Maj. Moore flew in with 13 other pilots from the 93 Fighter Squadron based at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. The F-16C block 30 fighter jets are being moved from Homestead ARB as a precautionary measure to avoid possible damage from tropical storm Emily, currently brewing in the Atlantic Ocean.
