Dobbins welcomes manager of police services
Grayling D. Livingston recently succeeded Warren Burns as the 94th Security Forces Squadron manager of police services. Livingston will manage military investigations, crime prevention, installation access control, and the resource protection program. In addition, he will review Defense Biometric Identification Data System (DBIDS), base incident reports, accident reports, traffic citations, and advise the Chief of Security Forces Operations on program issues and statistics.
