Dobbins Top 3 Eagle Award

New Dobbins Top 3 vice president, Master Sgt. Rich Graddy, presents the Dobbins Top 3 Eagle trophy to former vice-president Master Sgt. Jeff Botz for his service to the Top 3 organization. Both men are loadmaster instructors and flight chiefs with the 700th Airlift Squadron. The Top 3 Eagle is traditionally presented to retiring presidents and vice-presidents of the organization.
