Felix and Frame
David Felix and Ernest “Getting-it-done” Frame were honored by Tarchick with the “Lunch Pail” Award, given to personnel who may not receive a lot of recognition because they primarily operate behind the scenes. Felix and Frame each received a 94th AW commander’s coin for their dedicated service March 28 at a wing staff meeting held in the 94th AW headquarters building.
