A C-130 Hercules is marshaled into place, as Col. Brett J. Clark, newly assigned 94th Airlift Wing commander, completes his first flight at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., Nov. 19. Clark is responsible for over 2,500 wing personnel, and the entire installation comprised of 13 tenant units, including 22nd Air Force, Air Force Plant 6 and Lockheed-Martin, Georgia Army and Air National Guard and the Army, Navy and Marine Corps Reserves.
