Col. Aundra Billups’ family gathered at the Billups Avenue road dedication on Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. Sept. 12. Billups, a former Dobbins pilot, passed away on Sept. 11, 2013 after a fight with cancer, and was honored with a road dedication in his name.
