New wing commander completes first flight Published Nov. 21, 2013 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Col. Brett J. Clark, newly assigned 94th Airlift Wing commander completed his first C-130 flight at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., Nov. 19. Clark is responsible for over 2,500 wing personnel, and the entire installation comprised of 13 tenant units, including 22nd Air Force, Air Force Plant 6 and Lockheed-Martin, Georgia Army and Air National Guard and the Army, Navy and Marine Corps Reserves.
