Around the pattern: firefighters in action Published Dec. 5, 2013 By Senior Airman Elizabeth Van Patten 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Dobbins Air Reserve Base firefighters respond to a simulated C-130 fuel system malfunction on March 12 here. The simulation included an Airman who was found unconscious within the fuel cell. Firefighters were called in to rescue the Airman. This was done as part of an confined space exercise conducted annually by the wing inspection team.
