Honoring three decades of service Published March 7, 2014 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Tech. Sgt. William R. Combs, Jr., 94th Maintenance Group non-destructive inspection technician, was honored for 30 years of military service during a retirement ceremony Feb. 1. His military carreer began May 3, 1984. In addition to 94th Airlift Wing, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, he has been assigned to the 116th Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance, 128th Fighter Squadron, 165th Airlift Wing, Savannah, Ga. and the 403rd Maintenance Squadron, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Combs deployed several times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
