Dobbins welcomes Air Force program executive officer Published April 18, 2014 By Don Peek 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga -- Maj. Gen. Dwyer L. Dennis, program executive officer for fighters and bombers, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio landed at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. April 14, enroute to an off-site conference. Dennis and his team were welcomed by Col. Marshall Irvin, 94th Mission Support Group commander, and Maj. Quincy Hudson, 94th Airlift Wing protocol officer. Dennis is responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and life-cycle management of fighters and bombers, including A-10, B-1, B-2, B-52, F-15, F-16, F-22, Combat Systems and Special Programs. He is also responsible for organizing, training, and equipping F-35 System programs.
