Robert Devane, 94th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical service corps officer, along with more than 50 other Guard and Reserve officers trained with their NATO counterparts during leadership exercises at the 20th annual International Junior Officer Leadership Development Course July 12-19, 2014. He said the course was a great mix of leadership and communication skills development.
