94th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why:

Transparency: I am trusted by my section leadership to effectively manage patient safety and electronic healthcare records training to maintain meticulous attention and proficiency, showing abilities and capabilities of our force. Identifying gaps in these tasks reinforce our commitment to readiness anywhere, anytime.

Credibility: I try my best to exemplify the Air Force core values: Integrity first, Service before self, and Excellence in all we do with my actions and taking ownership along with sharing that ownership with fellow Airmen. This demonstrates that there is “No I in TEAM” and serves as a reminder to myself and others to take initiative to assist each other in programs across the Air Force enterprise.

Camaraderie: I seek out mentoring and followership in myself and my peers as ways to enhance our Aeromedical Evacuation training pipeline, which leads to success at formal schools and confidence at home station functioning in our primary job. I am encouraged by example and self-motivation to go above and beyond to recognize accomplishments of others whether large or small, consistently honoring military legacy and exemplifying history of family service.

Being a visible leader to set the tone for those around you is not the goal, but a staple to longevity!!!

What's something other people wouldn't know about you: I have tried every cuisine, vegetable, and protein from every country in the world. By far my favorite is Korean.
