DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The 94th Airlift Wing Annual Award winners have been finalized. The categories include Field Grade Officer, Company Grade Officer, First Sergeant, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer, Airman, Civilian and Team of the Year. Applicants prepared and submitted awards packages to be considered for this award and are reviewed and decided upon by base leadership. The FGO of the Year for 2021 is Lt. Col. Richard Konopczynski, Director of Operations, 700th Aerial Squadron.
