Dobbins ARB transitions to HPCON Bravo

Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia -- Dobbins Air Reserve Base has directed Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo with additional COVID protection measures, effective September 29, as COVID-19 positive cases (per 100k people) have declined in the local area.

HPCON Bravo measures with some additional COVID mitigation actions include:

- Normal access to the installation by DoD cardholders and temporary permits is now allowed to those authorized on base.

- Continue essential missions with required manning. Installation operations will be commensurate with federal, state and local guidelines; commanders will determine their mission’s essential manning.

- Continue to encourage VTC meetings (avoid large scale in-person meetings, >100 requires AFRC/CD waiver)

- Continue to wear mask while indoors and adhere to strict hygiene (avoid hand-shaking, wash hands regularly, clean common-use items)

- Sustain single point of access to work areas and or facilities

- Base customer services are open, however limited access and services may continue.

MWR operating hours, beginning Monday Oct 4 unless otherwise noted:

Outdoor Rec; Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday (1100-1500)

Consolidated Club: Tuesday – Friday (0700-1300)

ITT: Monday – Friday (0900-1500)

Fitness Center: (0600-1700)

Landing; Thursday-Friday (1600-2000) *NOTE Open 1 Oct

 

The Dobbins Exchange:

Regular operating hours:

Monday – Saturday: 1000-18000

Sunday: 1100-1700
