Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia -- Dobbins Air Reserve Base has directed Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo with additional COVID protection measures, effective September 29, as COVID-19 positive cases (per 100k people) have declined in the local area.

HPCON Bravo measures with some additional COVID mitigation actions include:

- Normal access to the installation by DoD cardholders and temporary permits is now allowed to those authorized on base.

- Continue essential missions with required manning. Installation operations will be commensurate with federal, state and local guidelines; commanders will determine their mission’s essential manning.

- Continue to encourage VTC meetings (avoid large scale in-person meetings, >100 requires AFRC/CD waiver)

- Continue to wear mask while indoors and adhere to strict hygiene (avoid hand-shaking, wash hands regularly, clean common-use items)

- Sustain single point of access to work areas and or facilities
