Georgia Congressional Delegation to host Academy Day at Dobbins ARB

U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, along with members of the Georgia Congressional Delegation, will host their 20th Annual Academy Day at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, April 27, 2019. “Each year one of my duties as a U.S. Senator is to nominate qualified candidates to the United States military academies,” said Senator Isakson. “This academy event will familiarize students with the application and nomination process, and expose them to academy life.”

U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, along with members of the Georgia Congressional Delegation, will host their 20th Annual Academy Day at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, April 27, 2019.

The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 8:45 a.m. to clear security, visit information tables and speak with representatives from various military academies and organizations. Military aircraft will be displayed and open to tour near the event venue.

All persons who are interested in attending must make a reservation by registering online at https://www.isakson.senate.gov/ by 5 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

Items that are prohibited at the event include weapons, coolers, large bags, backpacks, alcohol, pets and bicycles.
