The transient aircraft ramp at Dobbins Air Reserve Base was home to a first-time partnership between the Coast Guard and a FIRST team. A Coast Guard C-130 crewmember loads a vehicle belonging to one of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Federal Incident Response Support Team. The FIRST team is headed to Puerto Rico ahead of Atlantic storms. The teams are meant to support state and local response by expediting federal assistance and communication.
