Checks should be made payable to "Dobbins Services" and may be dropped off at the 94th SVS Marketing office in Building 727 on Dobbins Place Road. If a child has participated in a previous STARBASE camp, they are not eligible to participate so that other students will have a chance to experience the camp. Founded in 1990, STARBASE is a science, math and life skills reinforcement program sponsored by the Georgia National Guard at Dobbins ARB. The program is also sponsored nationwide by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs.
