Job Title: Emergency Management Specialist

Years in Service: Six

What does your job entail?
Instructing chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive (CBRNE) classes.  I also review and maintain emergency management plans and operations. I'm also responsible for all the traditional reservist emergency management training.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Teaching the CBRNE classes because I get to meet all kinds of people here on base.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Plans and operations because we have to rely upon other agencies to get their information in order to complete our tasks.

Where were you assigned before Dobbins ARB?
I was active duty assigned to Dover Air Force Base, Del., then Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., for reserve duty.

What is your civilian occupation?
I am an Air Reserve Technician here at Dobbins ARB.

What do you enjoy for recreation outside work?
Shopping, eating and going to Dave and Busters.

How is family life?
I am currently engaged and expecting a baby girl within the next month.
