Six Flags Over Georgia holds Military Appreciation Days Published Sept. 16, 2009 By Public Affairs ATLANTA, Ga. -- Six Flags Over Georgia salutes the U.S. Military by offering free admission on Sept. 19, 20, 26 and 27. To receive complimentary admission for themselves and up to two dependants, actives and reservists can simply present their current military identification cards at any of the ticket booths on the following dates: Sept.19 - Air Force: Park open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 20 - Navy & Coast Guard: Park open 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 26 - Army: Park open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 27 - Marines: Park open 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. If a military member is deployed, their spouse and two dependents may receive complimentary admission on the corresponding date. The spouse must present a current military identification card. If additional admission passes are needed for family and friends of military personnel, they can be purchased for 50 percent off the main-gate admission price.
