Members from Dobbins ARB interact with Major Gen. (ret) Joseph McNeil (center) who delivered a speech at the Human Resource Development Council onference for the 22nd Air Force held at McGuire AFB Nov. 21 and 22. General McNeil is one of the original leaders who established the HRDC program for the Air Force Reserves. Four members from Dobbins ARB attended the HRDC conference which is held yearly at varying locations.
