Casualty Notification Officer Training Nov. 20 Published Nov. 4, 2009 DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The Casualty Affairs office at Dobbins Air Reserve Base will hold a training class for Officers, grades Major and above on the duties and procedures associated with being a Casualty Notification Officer. The class will be held in Room 1202, Bldg 838 on Nov., 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. For those Officers unable to attend the Nov. class, there are plans to hold another class in Jan. 2010, date and time TBD.
