Mandatory Flu Shots offered Dec. 5 Published Nov. 24, 2009 DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Flu Shots will be offered at Headquarters 22nd Air Force Media Center (Building 729) 8 a.m -11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5. Shots are mandatory for ALL military personnel. Please adhere to posted times unless other arrangements have been made. Fill out the flu screening form, lines 1-14, sign, and complete bottom left corner.
