Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) Downtime Published Dec. 3, 2009 DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- AFVEC will be down Dec. 5-6 due to an upgrade to Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS). We anticipate the system being unavailable all weekend and the downtime may possibly extend to Monday, December 7th to accommodate the data migration and upgrade of the system.
