DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Capt. Nicholas Franz assumed command of the 94th Services Squadron and Lt. Col. Christopher Whitehead assumed command of the 94th Civil Engineer Squadron during change of command ceremonies over the January Unit Training Assembly here.
