Dobbins Air Reserve Base will host its annual Junior ROTC Orientation Flights here April 13-14. Cadets from 30 Atlanta area high schools will be given the opportunity to experience a day in the life of a U.S. Airman and get an inside look of what the Air Force is all about.

In addition to a flight on a C-130 aircraft, cadets can interact with base Security Forces, Life Support, Emergency Management and medical personnel. Recruiters will be available to discuss opportunities within the Air Force Reserve.

The event is open to 15 high schools per day, 40 cadets each. Schools that didn't
participate in last year's flights will have priority. Air Force JROTC will make up 50 percent of the total number of participants. Remaining slots will be granted to Army, Navy and Marine Corps JROTC cadets. To participate, please e-mail Ms. Lena Bell at lena.bell@dobbins.af.mil.
