Local JROTC requests speaker for Dining-Out Published March 10, 2010 DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Marietta High School Air Force JROTC requests a guest speaker for their upcoming Dining-Out at the Double Tree Hotel, Windy Hill Rd., Mar. 27. An Officer or Senior Non-commissioned Officer will participate in the Dining-Out and address cadets on any preferred topic for 10-15 minutes. Cadets are 9th thru 12th graders. Please contact Lt. Col.
