AFA Reserve Council membership opportunities Published March 16, 2010 AIR FORCE RESERVE COMMAND -- Traditional Reservists (TRs), Air Reserve Technicians (ARTs), Air Guard Reserve members (AGRs) and Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMAs) are eligible to serve on the Air Force Association (AFA) Reserve Council for a period of two years. The Reserve Council develops legislative and policy recommendations to the AFA on quality of life, equipment modernization and military construction issues which impact the Air Force Reserve Command.
