What is the HRDC?   The purpose of the Human Resources development Council (HRDC) is to assist the Air Force Reserve on human resource development issues throughout the command. These issues include, but are not limited to recruitment and retention, technical and professional development and equal opportunity and treatment. The council is tasked with monitoring the command's management of human resources.

Each unit is tasked with providing a primary and back-up representative to the HRDC.
