A statement that I often make is that one of the only things that is constant is change. So, now it is time to have a change in the leadership of the 94th.

I want to say that it has been a privilege to have been associated with such a professional organization and to have the opportunity to work with outstanding individuals. As I reflect back, you should feel proud about what you have accomplished not only as individuals but as an organization.

You were the only AFRC unit designated by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force to host an Air Force Week celebrating our 60th anniversary. It was more than just a week too; it was 10 months of events telling the Air Force story. The Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs office stated it was the best program that they had seen up to that time.

You successfully accomplished five major inspections given by three different inspecting agencies in one week involving over 100 inspectors. Once again, no small feat.

Many of you have made numerous individual sacrifices by deploying for long periods of time only to return and be faced with an Operational Readiness Inspection which you successfully passed. Believe me when I say these are just a few of the accomplishments because there are many more.

But more importantly, are the day to day accomplishments you do that make this wing function and achieve its mission. The dedication and focus that every airman in this organization demonstrates is outstanding. The positive "can do" attitude is what has made this wing succeed in the past and is what will make it successful in the future.

Remember change is constant and there will be change in the future. I know that you will face any future challenges with the same professionalism and dedication that you have shown in the past.

Once again, thank you for all the sacrifices you and your families have made as well as for all that you do in the service of your country. It has been my pleasure to serve with you and I wish you well in the future.
