2010 Motorcycle Training Courses Published Feb. 25, 2010 DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Motorcycle Basic and Experienced Rider Course are offered at Dobbins Air Reserve Base March thru Oct. The courses are instructed by local Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Certified Rider Coaches. A MSF certificate will be issued to riders who successfully complete the course. Attendees must provide their own cycles.
