Confined-space rescue exercise Published June 4, 2010 By Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Officials from the 94th Airlift Wing Safety and Bioenvironmental Offices conducted a confined-space rescue exercise here May 18-19. The purpose of the annual exercise is to present fuel cell and fire department personnel with a realistic and challenging scenario where emergency responders perform critical and timely rescue procedures in a confined-space area.
