CDC and PME testing allowed Published June 8, 2010 By 94th Education and Training DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Air University has given 94th Education and Training the green light to test on Career Development Courses (CDC) and Professional Military Education (PME) courses. The Course Development and Student Administrative Registrar (CDSAR) system is moderately operational allowing verification of member's enrollment and exam version(s).
