NCOLDC underway at Dobbins Published July 28, 2010 By 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Students begin an extensive series of academic studies to hone their leadership skills while attending the two week Noncommissioned Officer Leadership and Development Course here July 27. The course runs from July 26 to graduation on Aug. 6. The course comprises 10 academic days of leadership, management and information that create a strong foundation for Airmen to build upon for the duration of their careers. Col. Timothy E. Tarchick, 94th Airlift Wing commander, spoke with students attending the NCOLDC about traits of a leader in his "Leadership 101" briefing.
