A perfect day with a perfect crowd plus perfect performances equals a great practice for the Navy Blue Angels, Snowbirds, the F-16 Viper team and other Wings Over Atlanta Air Show performers on Oct. 15.

An audience of 3000-plus air show spectators consisting of veterans, Scouts, military youth, air show volunteers and special needs groups enjoyed the practice air show performances that began around 11 a.m. and continued throughout the afternoon.

The air show, which is free to the public, Oct. 16 and Oct. 17, will open its gates to the public at 8:30 a.m. and will close at 5:30 p.m. Bus transportation to the air show gates will depart from the free parking areas at Lockheed, Six Flags White Water and Jim Miller Park.

Return rides to the parking lots will be available throughout the day.
