A member of the Air Force Reserve Recruiting Service at Dobbins Air Reserve Base has attained Century Club status by enlisting 182 percent of her assigned goal.

Tech. Sgt. Kimberly McBride achieved this prestigious status in September when enlisting Anthony Colvin to join the ranks of the Air Force Reserve on Sept. 15. The Century Club is highly coveted award earned by only a small percentage of top-producing recruiters. McBride earned the prestigious Century Club award as a member of Team Dobbins.

The Dobbins recruiting team, led by Senior Master Sgt. Kristyn Ervin, exceeded its FY10 annual goal by assessing 447 new Airmen into the Air Force Reserve. This feat shattered the record of 359 accessions in one year set in FY09. Every Team Dobbins recruiter achieved or exceeded the FY10 goal.
The Air Force Reserve Command exceeded its goal of 10,500 on Sept. 14, the largest goal in 10 years.

"The 447 accessions accessed by Team Dobbins was a direct result of the recruiter's assiduous dedication to the team and to the mission and the unremitting support of the 94 AW," said Senior Master Sgt. Ervin. The team achieved 136 percent of assigned goal, earning the Operating Location Excellence award. She stated that all nine recruiters assigned to the Dobbins operating location exceeded goals, of which five were awarded headquarters-level awards for superior production.

Superior Achievements were awarded to other Dobbins Team members and include Master Sgt. Joshua Gray, Master Sgt. Greg Boyd, Tech. Sgt. Derrick Mills and Tech Sgt. Andrew, who all ranked among the top producers in FY10.

"I attribute Team Dobbins' amazing success to the Air Force Reservists, who refer qualify people to the Air Force Reserve through the Get 1 Now program," said Senior Master Sgt. Ervin. "This command program allows Reservists the chance to win prizes for quality referrals."

"Special thanks to Lt. Col. Thomas Moffatt, Jr., 700th Airlift Squadron, who was instrumental in conducting many of the oaths for Team Dobbins," said Senior Master Sgt. Ervin.
