Mexico travel policy

Nov 2010:

In addition to USNORTHCOM directed off-limits areas
within Mexico for non-official travel, this message contains further
instruction for all Air Force Title 10 personnel (to include reserve
component) planning travel to Mexico in an official or non-official (leave
and pass) capacity. This message supersedes and amplifies previously issued
guidance.
