Additional service added at base chapel in 2011 Published Dec. 8, 2010 DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- Starting in January, the chapel will be offering an additional chapel service at 1130 on Sundays of the UTA. The 0700 chapel service will continue to start at 0700.
