You can get an up-to-date status of your claim by calling the Oliver System at 404-232-4290 and using prompt 4 for "Status of your Claim". Using your social security number and pin, it will tell you exactly how much money you have left in any given tier. If your PIN (Personal Identification Number) has been suspended, you must come to the career center to have it unsuspended. To check the status of your claim: 1. Go to website: www.dol.state.ga.us 2. Click on "Job Seekers" 3. Click on "Status of weekly UI/TEUC/TRA Payments 4. Type in your Social Security Number 5. Type in your PIN 6. Click on "Inquire into your UI benefit payments" or "Inquire into your TRA benefit payments" 7. Hit the "Submit" button
